To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for activities that occur under your account.

You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to your data. SecureInsights does not claim ownership of any data you upload, process, or store using our Service.
SecureInsights processes your data solely to provide the Service. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
For SaaS deployments, data processing occurs within our secure cloud infrastructure. For on-premise deployments, all data processing occurs within your designated infrastructure and never leaves your environment.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SecureInsights and its licensors.
SecureInsights, the SecureInsights logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of SecureInsights or its affiliates or licensors.
Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis according to your chosen plan.
You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable fees.
Except as required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable. We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds, discounts, or other consideration under certain circumstances.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our SaaS services. Service credits may be available if we fail to meet this commitment as detailed in our SLA documentation.
Technical support is provided according to your subscription plan. Enterprise customers receive priority support with guaranteed response times.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SECUREINSIGHTS, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
THE INFORMATION ON THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SECUREINSIGHTS EXCLUDES ALL REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, UNDERTAKINGS, AND TERMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
